Therefore, we need to disclose we do not have a title, but the home was awarded to us. The Court order, as recorded in Mobile County Probate Records (thus available to title researchers) says as follows:
The Court finds that the mobile home residential structure situated on the Property is permanently affixed to the land, is therefore part of the real estate conveyed by the tax deed and is a fixture to the land.
