Closest 20 x 50 ft slip to land giving you easy access for loading/unloading and a seawall on the north side to make docking less challenging. There are 3 pilings and 3 pier cleats for tying up your boat. Boat lift can be installed if desired. This slip has a 30 amp, 50 amp and 120v shore power as well as fresh water spicket. Power is metered and billed quarterly with HOA dues. Only 1 mile from Perdido Pass by boat will have you on the water or relaxing by Robinson Island in a few minutes. The community offers clubhouse, pool, showers, laundry, BBQ grill and ice machine to suit a boaters desires.
